Moving to Guam
How we can help
New to the island? We walk you through villages, commute, utilities, and what to expect before you sign anything.
-
Begin with your move
Tell us when you expect to move and whether you plan to buy or rent. If you are arriving on PCS orders, include that context in the conversation.
-
Explore the practical questions
Discuss villages, your commute and utilities. One Realty’s service area covers all 19 villages, so you can ask about the places you are considering.
-
Ask before you sign
Bring together the questions you want answered about the move and the contract. English and Korean service is available, with contract details explained in the language you are most comfortable with.
